I'm sorry to hear you are having Sim card issues. Are you a current Verizon Wireless customer? Where did you get this device from? When did you start seeing this error? Was this after a software update or an app that was downloaded?

I received a SIM Failed message.  I tried all of the troubleshooting methods.  I need a new sim card.  Can I pick one up at a store?
