I am currently very worried because Verizon has not updated me on my exchange or the issue I’m having. My phone hasn’t worked correctly since I got it. Brand new phone I paid a large amount of money for from Verizon. I contacted them within the 30 days I thought. I was emailed a return label cause told I couldn’t go to store because purchased online. Mailed my phone back to Verizon. Using an old phone in meantime.. Was told they would send me another one. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks.. Said they need to inspect the one I sent and make sure I sent the one in I said I was going to send. The email I got said I would be sent a new phone between Dec 13-15. Now they are saying they don’t know why I was sent that email with those dates. It came from Verizon. I’m really needing my phone for work and I’m having to wait so long cause I was told I couldn’t take it into a store. I don’t know what to do. Was told I would be contacted in 2-3 days but I’m worried. That time has passed. If I’m out of the grace period that’s fine, but I have to have a phone. I’m on call for Hospice! Verizon will not update me on these matters. I also changed my phone # with Verizon so thought that was why I wasn’t being contacted but of course Verizon has my new#. I don’t know what to do. HELP!

I’ve also heard horror stories of people retuning phones to Verizon and Verizon doesn’t know who the phone belonged to. I just paid full amount for this phone so I’m so worried.
