So I made a post about shipping my iPhone back and etc. Was told by multiple people it would be fine and nothing to worry about. 

I'm now being charged for a phone I do not have along with being told there's nothing I or they can do because it's been sitting in the warehouse for almost 3 WEEKS and has not been scanned in. I have the line scheduled to disconnect and such but that's only after I pay $250 ontop of my bill and they scan it in. I will be paying this $250 monthly until its scanned in. Nobody seems able to contact the warehouse or anything, which is odd in itself. I just don't want to be charged in full for a phone that I have proof was returned and such but they won't update the tracking on their end. I'm also afraid it's going to cancel the return and I'll be out of all this money for a phone I didn't even have for a day.
