How do I leave a review of customer service rep?

Today I had an appointment  at the Lake Forest Verizon store.  I was very happy to buy a new Apple 15  phone.  Upon the first five minutes of meeting the Verizon specialist, he gave the strong impression that he was not   nor was he interested in  customer service.  He was  very unprofessional , rude, mumbled his words and NOT helpful.  He even left me for another customer, when he wasnโ€™t finished  backing up my new phone.   I will NEVER return to Verizon.

That's definitely not the kind of service you should expect, especially when excited about a new phone. It might be worth letting Verizon know about this directly; they usually take this kind of feedback seriously and it could help improve things in the future. Hope everything works out with your new Apple 15!
