SIM cards

Hi,

I recently purchased a new iPhone 13 and in the shipping/specs information two SIM cards are listed. A "Gemalto Virtual 4G 5G Interim SIM" and then a SIM that is associated with the actual phone. I am assuming the virtual one is actually virtual and has a specific use and the know the other is physical. I could use a little more in depth explanation.

I noticed there was a concern about the SIM card that is used in a new iPhone 12, CJ279. Let me get more details from you to help with your concerns. Are you referring to an eSIM? Have you activated the new iPhone 13 on our network? -Ed
