Why does my phone keep going into SOS? I keep shutting my phone down to reset it and it doesn’t help. I pay way too much for Verizon service for it not to work at all times! 5G where?? I’m just barely getting LTE. My husband phone stays on 5G. 😡
I can see how it would be concerning to see an SOS indicator, especially when your husband's phone is getting 5G service. No need to worry, we're standing by to help with your service concern. When did you first notice the issue with seeing the SOS message? Is this happening at certain locations? When you are seeing service on your phone, do you pick up 5G?

I have the same problem. I called the troubleshooting service the fixed the issue and after 5 minute the phone was again input of line. The automatic service keep sending texts that I cannot receive because I do not have service. I’m out of town and I need to have my phone fixed ASAP.
