SOS on all phones on my account t

My phone, and EVERY phone in my Family Share is in SOS or blank signal bars most of the time for a week. I’ve already:

restarted phones, checked for carrier service updates, removed and reinserted SIM card, reset network settings. We even have a Verizon tower booster in our home. I’m out of ideas and ready for AT&T.

We're sorry to read about the issues with your devices and we want to take a look. What is the ZIP code where you're experiencing this issue? Does it happen outdoors or indoors? How far do you have to travel from your location for service to reappear on your device? ~Peter
