SOS only after port

Help I am receiving only SOS service after porting my number from a business line to a personal line. It worked for about two hours and then hasn’t worked for 24 hours. I was never set up with an account so I cannot login to my account even though I prepaid it, additionally you don’t have service 24 seven so I haven’t been able to call or troubleshoot during the evening when I’m home from work plus, I can’t access the troubleshooting tool without a login. I haven’t been able to turn on Wi-Fi because it’s been disabled and my iPhone is telling me to call Verizon to fix. stuck in a loop here with no service. Extremely poor Verizon experience

Mets321, being without a phone for more than a day is unacceptable, and we want to make sure you get everything resolved ASAP. We have some troubleshooting you can do when your phone isn't activated yet. Please click this link: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile then find your phone and select troubleshooting. There is an option for "Not able to complete initial activation" that will help you.

Hi, I can’t use the troubleshooting because it is not recognizing that I have a device with Verizon. And when you all set me up, you did not give me a username or password and it’s not letting me create an account

Thanks for letting us know about those issues as well, Metsa321. I know how important having online access to manage my account is for me, and we also want to make sure you can do this as well. When you moved from business to personal is this a postpaid account with a monthly bill, or is this prepaid service? I ask because you mentioned that you prepaid for your service when you moved your service.
