I have an iPhone 14 promax that I just obtained and upgraded to 5G service. since I changed my plan, I get lumited service only with SOS in certain locations. If I choose LTE like it shows to do on your website I get no service. But the appalling part is my work phone which has Verizon as well and has not been upgraded. Has four bars of LTE service. Why did my service level go down when I upgraded my service plan. This is outrageous. This 5G plan does not work for me.
