Am using IOS 7 now on IPhone 4. How do I control the time that the display stays on when phone not I use?
Hey there, RASWART! I'd love to help you with your options for controlling the display on your iPhone 4. What I'd like to know is in what way do you want to control how the time displays on your screen? Do you want to change the time (from Central Time to Pacific Time, for example), the positioning of the time window on the display, or other changes?
Let me know!

I think the OP was asking about the amount of time the home screen stays on. Ios 6 turned the screen off after just a few minutes the new Ios stays on a very long time, presumably draining the battery... I wondered the same thing.
Ahh! I understand. Thank you for taking the opportunity to clarify mrhenson. You can adjust the time-out of the display by heading into Settings > General > Auto - Lock. It allows ranges from 1 to 5 minutes.
