Searching... but never finding service. I am in Oregon and my iphone 5c can't find service, but my wife's phone can. So what do I do to restore service. Do I really need to completely reset my iphone?

Did you just reboot it first? Hold top sleep/awake button and home button together for 10 seconds then let go.
