Second Line iOS functionality

With Verizon's newer Second Line functionality, with iOS, Can a user have one line routed to do not disturb and another  allowed to ring through?

Hello, rtd1976, thanks for reaching out. When turning on the Do Not Disturb Focus setting, you will not see any incoming calls or messages on your phone.
