I purchased two iPhones in September from Verizon store and was told that I would be getting a rebate in way of a MasterCard in about three months in the mail so I waited and now it is March. I just remembered that I should’ve gotten that MasterCard. When I called customer service I was told that I should have applied for the rebate within 30 days from the date of purchase. So now, no one told me to fill out anything nor was I given any forms when I purchased the phones, I was told that I was just going to get the MasterCard in the mail. I think this is a false advertisement, They should’ve been clear about the procedure and I am ready to cancel my service because I believe they are not being responsible for their actions and to me $200 is a lot of money.
After calling customer service, just got my $200 credit!! Thank you Verizon!
