Anyone know of a service outage around Charlotte, NC? I haven't been able to make or receive calls since about 8am. I've reset my phone several times, but no change. And can't get anyone with Verizon to respond on the chat page for "support". My question just sits there in the chat bubble like it's being ignored.
I’m in eastern Colorado and we’ve had spotty at best service for the last few days. Most of the day I had zero service.
