I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max back in January. It had been giving me SOS issues since the beginning they gave me the runaround And only temporarily fixed the problem. I would have to call back every month to get it fixed and instead of them giving me a new phone they gave me the runaround and now I’m not eligible for a new phone. I have stage four cancer. I have missed chemo appointments. I have missed scans because my doctors can’t get a hold of me and Verizon doesn’t want to fix the issue by giving me a new phone They wanna give me a refurbished phone and I’ve already had issues with refurbished phones and Verizon. The worst choice I ever made was switching from my old phone company to Verizon!!!! For the amount amount of money I pay a month you would think they would try to make things right but they haven’t. Zero stars
