Shipping Iphone 11

I ordered my iphone 11 pro max on september 21,2019 @ approx.11:59 am. apparently it was on backorder at the time ( i don't know the time zones but i stay in memphis). the ship by date says october 2, 2019. 

Is it possible i can get it BEFORE then? it's the 28th of september and im anxious.

I ordered my 11 Pro on the 19th.  It listed the shipping date as Oct 9th but it actually shipped the 26th.

I ordered my 11 Pro Max in midnight green with 256 GB on Sept 13th. It had an estimated ship date of Sept 27th. It is now Oct 1st. I still haven't received it or any type of updated estimated shipping date.

I order my iPhone on 9/20 with a shipping date of 10/09. By the end of the day 10/09 it changed to 10/10 and again to 10/11 the day after. 
no communication whatsoever received from Verizon notifying the delay. Hope you have received yours already.
