Show my frequency location incorrectly, why?

I have an IPhone 6 since January, I have IOS 9.3.2. Last week the frequency location said I was at Bridgeport Ct Rocky Mount, North Carolina. I have never been there!

  Can you identify why this would happen??

7/12/16

8:30am-11am

11:45am-12:30pm

12:45-1:30pm

2:00pm-3:00pm

4:00-4:15pm

8:15am-9:30am

9:45am-12:00pm

1:45pm-3:15pm
