Since updating to iOS11, my phone show up as restricted on other phones.  How do I correct this?

We don't want your calls to show restricted all the time igbauigh. We will check a few things to get this figured out. Have you made any changes online? Can you log in here http://spr.ly/658187x3N
and see if you have it as Wireless Caller?
