Hello - I was able to use the live/non-Assistant “Chat” function yesterday both when I was signed in and out of my account.

Now the ability is not available. The secure chat links provided from support open to a blank screen. Can the ability to chat be reinstated please? 

I would call but I have not been able to activate either of the eSIMs available for my device since it no longer appears on my account. The “cellular plan ready to install” does not display within my devices settings. 

As of yesterday I am both a pre- and post- paid customer utilizing an Apple iPhone 14 with dual sim capability. Online VZW instructions state a QR code is not required for iOS 12 and above, I believe, but I’m greeted with the screens below when selecting “finish setting up cellular” in settings:

Please help.
