I recently called Verizon in regards to unlocking my device I explained my situation that I’m outside of the U.S and I didn’t know about the 60 days policy I was told to wait 3-5 business day for an email I’m yet to receive anything. I’d like help with unlocking my device it’s hard to spend so much money on a device and not being able to use it
