Hi, since upgrading my iPhone SE 3rd G to ios 17.5.1 i have been unable to message with non iPhone numbers. Visited the Genius Bar at local Apple Store and diagnostic test shows my iphone is all good, and after further reading it appears to be a carrier issue. Anybody have similar problem? Missing security alerts, etc due to this.
Very maddening.

Did you check that SMS is enabled? Or tried toggling it on and off and then back on again? Private messages (PMs) are under the envelope icon at the top right. It works like email from there.
