When I am in Mexico I want to be able to call landlines in the US via Skype and use my Skype credits for less than 3 cents/minute. How can I avoid getting normal calls and incurring big fees when I only want to use my iphone where there is wifi.
Do I just go to settings on my iphone and select General -> Network -> Roaming and then switch all three roaming features to OFF (Voice roaming, data roaming and International roaming)????
