Slow data speeds

I have an unlimited plan that is completely useless. All it does is either buffer or show a frozen screen. I am paying $100 per month for nothing. In my opinion Verizon is engaging in criminal activity.

Verizontinh, we want to make sure that you can use your cellular service the way you wish to use it. We want to be able to help with getting the data speeds to increase for you.
