Smart Family app wont open after ios 17.1 software update

Since my iPhone updated to the 17.1 iOS software update the smart family parent app will not open.  It loads and then immediately closes again.  I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling... it then works for about an hour, but won't show any call, text, or app usage data.  After about an hour or if I close the app and then try to reopen it, it refuses to open again.

We'd be more than happy to help find out what's going on. Please tell us, is the child app and device up to date as well? Does this happen when using Wi-Fi or Cellular?

All apps have been updated on all devices.  They work on all the other devices… Just not mine since it did the software update to 17.1  

I have tried both on cellular and Wi-Fi… And it still refuses to open.
