Smart Family

Everything on the smart family app states "no recent activity" or "data unavailable". I have deleted and reinstalled. I have restarted both phones. The location hasn't updated, we were gone all day (my child had the his phone with him) and it showed that he was home. Yes, his location is turned on as "always". When i pulled it up at 8pm something it showed that he was home at 9pm something... how does that work for the future? We are looking at just going to the "apple family" and getting rid of Verizon Smart Family.

We would love to get this working for you. Do other Apps work? What zip code are you in? Have you tried with Wi-Fi off? -Joe

All other apps are working. 68506. Doesnโ€™t work with or without wifi

Thank you for letting us know, mstlrose. To clarify, when was the last time that the Smart Family app worked for your devices? To clarify, are both devices fully up to date with the latest software? https://www.verizon.com/support/apple-iphone-ios-update/ Where do you see your child's location turned on as "always"?
