So angry

I have been a Verizon customer since October 2011; now starting my 10th year with you, and was treated like garbage this morning by customer service. I can hardly believe the disservice I received and am beyond angry. Now, after more than 2 hours, my issue has been resolved; an issue that was not mine to begin with, and I am sick and tired of platitudes. I want to register a complaint, and I want consideration for my terrible experience.
