Phone keeps going into sos mode or says 5g but does nothing

It started a few weeks ago I’ll have full bars and 5g but no data will work I reset the network settings it’d work for a few minutes then nothing would work again until I reset network settings and now it’ll randomly go into sos and my zip code is 13126 thanks for your help
