My 11 year old daughter and I are getting porn spam text messages from Gmail accounts. You can delete and block, but how can I stop them from coming to our iphones?

If the block feature isn't available for prepaid accounts and you aren't willing to switch your account to a postpaid account, then your issue really isn't Verizon Wireless' problem.
There is a reason why prepaid accounts are less expensive. They have less free features included. If you need those features switch to the account type or carrier that includes those features for your budget.

If it is a better quality than what I have now and I can afford it, I would consider it.
You keep "demanding" a feature not included with the Verizon Wireless prepaid accounts. If that feature is so important to you, you should research the other carriers' prepaid plans to see if they include that feature plus the other features that you need. If none of prepaid plans offer that feature, then you either need to consider switching to a postpaid account with that feature or learn to live with the limitations of the prepaid plan you are willing to pay for at this time.

@Ann154 maybe your high horse needs to know other carriers have that option and if Verizon actually cared about customer than I might consider it but when they continue to ignore a problem for months and just repeat same and new excuses it's obvious they don't among other problems I have had I shouldn't be treated like garbage for one

The block feature and others have likely not been included in the prepaid plans for years (10+) so I doubt highly that the last few months of one customer complaining about it will change anything.
Also be careful what you ask for. For years customers complained about not being able to share their data usage with others on their account. When Verizon Wireless and other carriers finally added that option, those same customers complained about how the shared data could used.
If Verizon Wireless or any other carrier ever adds more of postpaid free features to their prepaid plans, I wouldn't be surprised if the cost of those plans are increased in response.

@Ann154 your response might be less cringe if the block from incoming e-mail actually blocked the phonenumber@vztext or @vzwpix loopholes... but it doesn't, which means even post-paid subscribers have no options in this case.
Cripes.

Nice try customer support. That link has been used so many times in the last year and a half that its getting old. I would think you customer support people would do a little research and see that there is numerous threads out here with hundreds of post of people complaining about the same issue. Just got a couple more of these texts FROM GMAIL ACCOUNTS myself tonight. I also have a Verizon Visa card I think its time to throw it in the drawer and quit using it.
