We ahve a white iPhone 4 and the speakerphone is not working, either is video sound when recording. I bought the phone about 3 years ago and don't carry insurance. Will Verizon do anythign to help out on this? Don't want to upgrade right now and lose my unlimited data so that is not an option. Help please! Thanks!

My sincere apologies that you may be having issues with your device. Having the best options is indeed extremely important. I do apologize that your warranty has expired on the device. Unfortunately we would be unable to offer a replacement. However, I recommend reaching out to Apple at 1-800-MYAPPLE for alternative options, thanks!
