Look at all the apps on your phone. If any of them are unfamiliar, delete them. Of course you would not be able to delete Apple's stock apps, but those are not spyware except for Apple keeping track of you.

Is the person who told you the one you suspect put it on your phone?
If you have not done anything to the phone to change the OS, such as jailbreaking, you should not have to worry.
What type of spyware are you talking about? Is someone reading your texts? iMessages? Tracking you?
Anyone who has your appleid & password is able to view your iMessages from another apple device. Change your password and don't give it to anyone if you think this is the case.
If you feel someone is tracking you then delete the following APP or any like(life360, etc...) it if it is installed.

Sounds like the SBYLYP app. It's used by parents to ensure their kids are not using their phones for inappropriate things. And they can't detect it.

Dirtiron, being spied on is never what we want for you. Is there a specific reason that you are suspecting this? Any new apps on the phone? Does the phone have the original manufacturer software?
