I was advised that getting a network extender would give me back my good signal that I had before what ever change happened 6-9 months ago which left me dropping calls and no reception. I hooked up the network extender I bought from Verizon it has 4 solid blue lines but my I phone will not stay connected. I have changed the lte setting to data only and still my iPhone 6s will not stay connected to the network extender. Please help. I am frustrated and thinking i might need to switch providers after 10 years of service with Verizon.
We value your long time loyalty, KRYTHO97. It's strange that you are not able to remain connected to the network extender. Changing the LTE setting to data only was a great step. When did this begin? What's your zip code? Are any other devices able to remain connected that you are aware of?

I would try turning your cell data off and test. Another idea is enabling Wi-Fi Calling. If you choose that you will need to power of the Network Extender, it may conflict with it. Hope this helps. May the Force be with you.
