Upgraded to iPhone 15. It was very glitchy. Tried to put up with it but finally I got a replacement that works even worse than the first one. I returned the iPhone I bought originally and it was received on May 22. It states on the my Verizon app that I was credited. Quite the opposite, MY SERVICE WAS SHUT DOWN AND IT WONโt BE turned back on until I pay approximately $1200, because it wasnโt credited to my account but the tracking and emails clearly show it was received and NOT CREDITED

ZenMonica2023, we want to make sure you've got service and that your bill is corrected. I'd be concerned myself if I saw such a high amount I had to pay for a device I already returned, and I assure you that we're going to get to the bottom of this. Please look for a Private Message so we can work through this and find a solution.
