Still toggling in and out of SOS mode one week later

It is Oct 8th, a week after the big outage, and I am still jumping in and out of SOS mode at home, where I used to get 3 bars consistently. No matter how many times I turned my phone off, or into airplane mode, I get the same result. I can't make calls or send texts. I don't know what else to do.

Having the same issue
also thanks to this issue and looking at more threads i see I'm not the only one who has had issues with Voice to text being taking off of text msg app and contacts being messed up. now i also see Verizon Samsung and others taking there Text msg apps offline forever and pushing people into googles text msg app. Verizon should offer the most secured and reliable with the best features not selling us out to google. honestly what's next and why would i pay Verizon for a service they are taking away and not lowering the cost of what remains of there service. Why would i Go to google so they have more control and ability to data farm our family. force ads onto us for something we are already paying a premium for. honestly why stay with Verizon with our family's phones.
