My upgrade was stolen in transit. I received an empty box. For 9 days Verizon is giving me such a hassle in solving my this. I have been a customer for over 20 years ! I have 4 cell phones, 4 cell watches and 3 iPads. Pay my bills faithfully on time, upgrade all the time. The upgrade is costing me 369 dollars and they think I am trying to getthem for 369 dollars. What a joke Last night after a 3 hour call I am hopeful that it is finally going to be resolved. They told me once again I have to wait 24 hours but I was told that before. If not tomorrow I will be making a switch to At & T. I will be done with this company . It is unbelievable to me that after 20 plus years they are treating a loyal customer like this and the theif that stole the phone has more rights than me. I know they can ping the phone and see I don’t have it, AND I know they have insurance on the phone so they aren’t gonna be out of pocket on it. They probably don’t care that they will be losing a loyal long time customer either but it’s so frustrating to me.

10 days ago my device was stolen in transit. Verizon has verified I am still using my old device. Every day for 10 days I have been on the phone with these people and told give them 24 hours to cancel my contract. Every day there is no resolution. If Verizon thinks I am paying for a phone that I didn’t receive, a home that I will never recover, a phone that THEY are insured for, a phone that I will never be able to upgrade again they are crazy. They are giving the theif who stole my phone more rights then their customer. This isn’t complaint isn’t going away. The only thing going away is this customer who has been loyal for 25 plus years. No wonder AT& T had more customers than Verizon. They don’t take care of us

Luckily I got a response from the executive offices of Verizon and this was all taken care of on day 12. I was FINALLY refunded, contract cancelled and able to get my replacement phone
