Storage shows 0 bytes available but I've deleted a lot of apps, what can I do?

I've deleted alot of apps and photos from my son't iPhone5 but he's showing zero memory, and the phone keeps freezing.  I've done all the troubleshooting steps.

What can I do now?

Have you restored the device to factory to see if that helps?
