Streaming quality

Can’t seem to turn on the “maximum video streaming quality” switch in the Verizon app.  I changed my data plan, ever since then I can’t switch it. It’s says” error occurred, please try again later”. Been like this for a week. Need help

It’s a known issue. This doesn’t seem to be a priority with Verizon. So many app glitches, and lack of customer service was enough for me to file a complaint with the BBB. Hope they wake up!
