Submit Message on Verizon trouble ticket not working

I opened a trouble ticket because my new iphone was shipped to me and it was stolen out of the shipment. Verizon says they need additional information but didn't say what?? Then when i tried to respond to the trouble ticket the submit message would not work. Very frustrating. I see this has been an issue with a lot of people.
