I was on the FB and videos stop working. This happens time to time. I shut off my phone and turned it back on and now I don't have service. I have not had service for 30 minutes now. I have shut off my phone several times with no luck on getting the service back.
Volksterii, we know how important it is to ensure your service is up and running at all times. What zipcode are you in? Do you know of other Verizon Wireless customers in the area who are also experiencing the same service issues?
