For months I had been trying to get the teacher discount put onto my bill. Finally I call because I’m not getting anywhere. The lady on the phone yelled at me and continually told me I was delusional because the discount was applied. My bill never changed. Then I called again, and got a different answer. That they have to manually put the discount on and the man was going to do it, he succeeded and told me my new bill. Only to get my next months bill through email and it went up…. Unfortunately when I called I sat on the phone for over an hour getting ridiculous excuses. Every time I ask to speak with a supervisor they can’t find one. So I’m cancelling my plan and just wanted to give awareness out there to others to look into your bills from Verizon a little closer. It’s unfortunate that they continue to do business this way.
