My husband is an educator and qualified for this teacher & his family discount. We did though ID.me, and was validated successfully via ID.me on 7/26/2022. However, until now (Sep. 1st) our bill has NOT updated those discount. We chatted with VZ online during month of July (had to add my husband as manager in our account, since all lines are under my name for family plan), and was told it will apply teacher discount the following bill cycle (VZ online cannot adjust the July bill, what did this mean? But just wait).
We waited, waited and waited. Now the bill came out, No teacher discount has been applied to any line of our family lines. Now my husband spending time chatting with VZ again......
Please help us resolve this issue, as my husband does not need spending time on this (he needs preparing teaching). Our bill (July & August) need adjusting to teacher discount for all of our lines. Thanks!!

We just spent time chatting with VZ again, with VZ agent Bob, somehow it is "Not Delivered" during chat.
