I switched to Verizon 3 weeks ago. Nothing but problems. In 3 weeks I have been on hold for over 3 hours. Was at store today and was there 5 hours. I have no service and cant get anybody to help me.
I will be returning my device and have them mail mine back to me. Going back to Sprint where you can
actually speak to someone in a timely fashion. Verizon, you are terrible. And I will expect you to pay me as I lost time at work because of your incompetence..
