Terrible website support

I give Verizon's website an "F" for effed up when trying to navigate it to manage services.  Not intuitive, the chat did not work.  I just want to turn off one of the features and can't find where to do that at.

All it does is tell you what the feature is - can't turn it off.  Other features I have, I can't sign up for.
