Here is where I am today: All calls in/out successful. I am able to send and receive SMS and MMS to all Apple users. I am able to send and receive SMS and MMS to non-Apple users on the Verizon network. I am able to send and receive MMS to non-Apple users not on the Verizon network. I am NOT able to send SMS to non-Apple users that are not on the Verizon network. Apple has checked all settings and has verified accuracy. T-Mobile has verified that there is no dual service after porting. When SIM is placed in a different phone the same behaviors are observed therefore it is not a hardware issue. Totally stumped!

Keeping you connected is vital to us, and I'm sorry you're having problems with your SMS to non-Apple users outside of our network. Do you experience the same problem when connected to Wi-Fi?
When did thins begin? Have you tried using a different SIM Card? I assure you I will do all the research necessary to get this resolved for you.

What messaging app are you using and/or have you tried during your testing?
