Text Messages Not Appearing in Verizon's Text Webpage

Hello -

We have an account with two lines. One is an apple and one is an Android phone. On Verizon's text webpage, no texts appear, but all of them do on the Android line. This isn't an imessages thing because they appear in the usage log for both phones. Is there a setting?

It is an iMesage issue. If iMessages are turned on they would not show as text messages on the My Verizon page. iMessages are sent using data. -Joe

But the same messages DO show up in the log.  These are iphone to android texts, not iphone to iphone.

Or does that not make a difference somehow?

Thank you for the clarification. It can make a different if it is Android to iPhone. The iPhone has its own log for iMessages. This may be the reason they're not appearing.
