Got a text from 900090005322 with the message of:

Verizon: Great news! As a special thank you, we are giving you a $10/mo discount for select phone lines on your account for the next 12 months. Enjoy!’

I had called Verizon the day before, and they were unable to help me. So I wasn’t sure If this were a legitimate text or not. Plus there’s no number to reply.

Where do I find the DMs?  Usually they’re quite easy to find.  Sorry,  just having a hard time seeing the option.

I also had a question about receiving this text message. I saw that there was possibly an iPhone 16 pro involved,  I don’t have that and my account isn’t new or are any of our devices. Please help!
