Text messages not appearing in usage area

The primary line on our Verizon account usage area for text messages is not appearing in the usage area; how do we solve this issue?

We completely understand wanting to view the text message usage for your lines, 6236886372. We are here to help.

 

What model phone does that line have? We ask because if the phone is an iPhone and the user of the line only messages other iPhone users, then there would be no Text Message usage to view. This is because iPhones messaging other iPhones are using Apple's iMessage service and not our texting service.
