I've really never showed any appreciation for the service since I've became the customer for 7-8 years.
But for this pre order of iPhone 6 Plus, I have to say thank you, Verizon.
I may be lucky, or it's definitely Verizon which stood with their words.
I placed an order of iPhone 6 Plus 64 gb on Fri between 12-1 am PST.
But I received a email next day afternoon and said it was declined.
So I called and used another card which was approved.
And I was told that since my pre oder was early I would receive it on Fri. 9/19 as it said on order confirmation.
So I received the tracking # yesterday.
It was a bit slow process, and I had to look up my email and VW order site many, many time.
But what a relief that I didn't have to wait in line or wait until next month or so.
I still use 4s and think it's a fine piece of phone.
But I've been waiting so long to use 4g lte on bigger iPhone.
So thank you Verizon Wireless for your service.
I know some people here won't like what I just aid here, but I have to believe they try hard for this.
