The gift card balance feature is down. Is there any other way to find out?

I'm trying to check my gift card balance and the page to do that seems to be down and the call center is closed. Does anyone know of any other way? Will live chat work? Thanks.@

Solved. Went through the phone itself. I'm loving the $400 credit we got from upgrading to the iPhone 6. Haven't had to pay out of pocket for 4 months!

Solved. Went through the phone itself. I'm loving the $400 credit we got from upgrading to the iPhone 6. Haven't had to pay out of pocket for 4 months!
