This company needs to be shut down

I opened a account. Got the brand new iPhone Pro max 15...had it two weeks when my babysitter stole it. Got it back 1 month later..also i was quoted 75 a month. They started charging me 150...no exact reason.  So I decided to shut the account down. Payed the bill and as instructed sent the phone back in mint condition with a brand new case.  I never heard anything so I contacted them to.make sure all was good. The man that answered said yes your good all done no bill but then asked for the ups tracking number...as soon as he knew I could not find it then everything changed. So I finally find the code a week later. I called every single day for a month since. They said they got the phone amd all was well and then started in on its past the amount of days. It wasn't.... excuse after excuse all the way to the very top.of the chain ..so they want me to pay 989 for a phone they told me to send back..which has hurt my credit tremendously...if it was past the amount of days why ask me to send it back just to have me pay for a phone I did not have and have proof of them receiving.  I've even asked for them tk send it back so I can sell it then pay them.   This is a crime.  They are infringing on soo many laws and I'm just wondering how the they think they gonna get away with it.  I've already contacted a attorney and I truly hope before I make them pay for all the damage they caused to my credit thatbwill take years to remove but the emotional drama of it let alone the time. I have every ohine call recorded dates times.  These people really have no clue what being a business it. Their like thieves running out of old warehouse lying to people.  @Anonymous  #ceo
