This is frustrating! I'm only getting 1 bar at home! Frustrating as heck when there's blackout & NO WIFI

Hi - 

I'm very frustrated with Verizon!!  I'm only getting 1 BAR at my house.  The zip code is 94552. 

**VERIZON IS LITERALLY USELESS AT MY HOUSE WITHOUT WIFI**  When I drive out about 2-3 miles then I get about 3 bars and able to use it.

Now,  when there  is WIFI, at least I can use that.  BUT since PG&E is such a dirtty provider with all the blackouts.  When there is a blackout, then i'm out of luck.   I'm not able to use any phone.

ALL our iPhones 6,7,8, XS MAX all have 1 bar.  So it's not by any specific iphone version.

Can someone out there please fix this.  Otherwise, i'm heading for another provide asap!

How do your presume a peer to peer forum is going to help? Call and request tier 2 tech support to send you a network extender.
